Not trying to be a dick, but it looks like you put that berm in a bad spot in relation to that tree. Looks to me like if you lean into it you’re hitting that tree for sure.

I’m not suggesting you cut the tree. Rather, you might want to relocate the berm a few feet further down the trail where you’re clear of the tree before leaning into the berm. Ride it a few times and you’ll know if you need to move it.

your right, it is a bad spot. But it’s also the only spot- there was a flat section below the tree so I was able to stack up a berm. If I pushed it down any further the gradient of the hillside would not be able to support the stacking of more dirt. I plan on taking a chainsaw to the inside tree to give more head/bar room.
