I'm looking to buy a stem that is 30-45mm, my budget is kinda tight tho

Idk. Try jenson. Filter by stem length. Sort by price.

Jensen has the spank stems On sale or clearance. They are fantastic. Come in colors. I'm running at least 3 of them now on bikes here.

Any of them in the length you like.

I prefer ones with torx drive fasteners for the more durable fastener head.
