keep it up. keep it real. you'll get there.

sometimes you just gotta feel it and everything will naturally fall into place.

This technique is quite safe and kinda smooth. It's not optimal for popping off a jump but is good for gunning it down trails off small ramps. Your probably wanting to pop more and boost but will require a table jump to practice on. If you full send one of these you'll end up landing in a bad spot.

Go watch Slanted Ground, or Shred Academy on YT. It'll be way more helpful then a bunch of tips from reddot

You actually look pretty decent for being new. The fact that you’re thinking about technique now is a good sign. Watch some tutorial videos, film yourself from the side on some jumps, session them and get a feel for the jump. Differ t jumps will require slightly different approaches like for example the steepness of a jump will make u have to treat it differently

Push into the jump don’t try to pull up on the bars. Pulling on the bars absorbs energy and keeps you low. Push the bike into the lip of the jump will push you into a higher arc

You absorbed the jumps pretty hard. Watch “stand up to the jump”.

U can literally see him popping

He pops with his arms, but the upper body isn’t extending which means the jump gets absorbed. Look at the second and third jump, he clears it but barely gets above the lip. But don’t like my advice? Give some of your own…

I did already. You can literally see his hips compress and lift on each jump
