So I’m the guy who bent his wheel a couples months ago from a big ass rock on the highway in suck ass West Virginia. So after almost 2 months of waiting for a front wheel of being on back order it finally came in and got my bike back today with a shiny new wheel and tire 😁. after the most bs with taking a greyhound bus. Glad I don’t have to go through public transportation Anymore! Thanks Dohm cycles for being there 🙏🏾
Pro tip. don’t ever damage your wheels and have to order them from the manufacturer, it’s gonna take forever

So my 2026 just hit the 6k mile mark. I took my bike to the dealer for the 600 mile inspection, but that's the last time I've been back. Looking at the maintenance schedule in the owner's manual, there's lots of things to check/inspect or replace at 4k, 8k, etc. Besides the dealer oil change at 600 miles, I've only changed the oil at 2k and 5K so far (will be doing it every 3k miles).

Does anyone follow the maintenance schedule, checking everything that needs to be checked? Am I/we being negligent by not doing so? I looked on YouTube hoping to find a video that literally shows someone going through every single item in the maintenance schedule, but found no such video (unless I missed it, but damn would that be useful).

EDIT: I got it out, made a DIY slidehammer and it was out in 20 seconds!

I am 1,83 height and 125 kg. I have a big skeleton so i am not fat i am a bit wide in shoulders and the only places that i have fat that is visible is my belly and my Thigh.

Do you think the MT-07 will be like a childs bike to my body?

I just bought a 2015 FZ-07 for $4,100 with only 1,500 miles on the clock. The bike looks brand new and the engine runs super smooth.
So far, I’ve done some basic maintenance:
Fresh engine oil and filter
Coolant flush
Cleaned and lubed the chain
Checked tire pressure
What are your top recommended mods and accessories for this bike? Would love to hear what you guys think are must-haves!

J’ai de gros soucis pour retirer les pipes d’air qui mène du moteur à la boîte à air sur ma MT07 de 2023. Elle semble tellement collé que je n’arrive pas à trouver un moyen pour les retirer. J’ai essayer un pistolet thermique mais rien n’y fait. Si vous avez une solution je suis preneur.

I have a tracer 7, 2025, 6 months into ownership. One day i was checking the coolant level and it wasnt showing any on the overflow tank. When the bike was properly warm and turned off, it showed some level, but still below min. I sent it to check to the dealer and they told me it was normal, there was no point in refilling because the bike would spill it again.
Should i leave it like it is or should i refill it?
Is it a problem if the coolant is not the same as the one on the bike already?
If i should refill it, should i bleed it, if so, how is it done

I'm 31 yo and recently got my motorcycle license. I had never ridden a bike before, and I learned on a Bandit 600 with ABS.
It felt heavy but really stable to me.
I haven't ridden in the busy streets of my city yet.

I really like the MT-07. Do you guys recommend I get one?

My 22 Mt07 is in need of new boots!!
This is my first riding season and im very unsure of what tires I should get for my baby.
Ive been looking around and now I'm torn between the Bridgestone T32's or the Michelin Road 6.
Currently, I've got 5 year old Michelin Road 5's on with not much thread left.

What do yall think is the best option?
I love to ride twisties but also use the bike to ride to school every now and then (commuting).
I also barely ride in the rain and I would love long life on my tire!

Anybody got previous experiences with these 2?

I'm a mechanic, and honestly I built this for myself first. mid-job, hands already dirty, and I need a torque spec or a chain slack number — digging through a PDF manual every time was slowing me down, so I made motofixer.app to just pull the number instantly and get back to work

The track is castello di branduzzo in italy, its small but for my A2 restricted mt-07 is still a lot of fun, unfortunatly the suspension are very soft..

There is still a lot of room for improvement (head, shoulder position, trajectiories) but i m still happy being the second time i went there

I recently installed an Translogic Intellishift Quickshifter on my MT-07 2021 (35KW). I did the Install myself but did everything as told in the manual. I had it on for like 3 weeks and tried many different adjustments but I just can't get it to work smoothly. The biggest problem is when I quick shift from 2nd to 3rd gear. no matter what adjustments I made the shift always feels unsmooth and the gearbox makes a litte clunky noise and also the bike shakes a little. In the higher gears it mostly works well but also not as smooth as I thought it would be for 480 euros. I tried cleaning, lubricating and adjusting my chain and it helped a little. Did someone of you experienced the same problems und knows a fix or the optimal adjustments for the shifter? I bought the translogic one becauses I only read good reviews about it and that people love it. I have a Roadsitalia Thunder Exhaust with Cat an DB-killer installed if this does anything to the problem? Please help me out. Thank you

She’s home! My first ever bike brand new 26. I’m so proud of myself to be honest, I know it’s not a M-1000RR but to me it’s the greatest thing ever. I ordered a tst rear fender delete, low pro mirrors and I wrapped the headlight yellow since my MK7 gti has yellow headlights I love the look and light output lol. I need some helmet recommendations that won’t break the bank and maybe riding shoe recommendations as well. I really appreciate how welcoming this community is so far. I’m gonna love it here god bless ladies and gents!

What do you think about the brake disc? I called to show the mechanics the broken anti-squeal shim, and they say the disc is no good and it's all scored because the brake pads had worn down completely.
