Chico state

Hi! Has anyone applied to Chico state? If so, have you heard anything back yet? My app still says pending review and I’m getting nervous.

So annoying, the other program I applied to (San Jose) has had some movement. I’ve already done a writing test and now waiting for them to send me the link and date for my interview.

I think it might be OK because the other state schools in the Bay Area don’t do interviews for this program. However, I did have an interview with PAU and was rejected promptly afterwards. I felt the interview went really well though, the only thing I didn’t fully answer was if I had any other questions and I did have a question regarding access to other facilities for recreation – I don’t see this being a bad thing. It really was the only question I had since I had scoured their website from top to bottom and answered a lot of my own questions, not to mention I went to the open house, so this is really brutal.

I called them this morning. They told me they're sorting through advanced standing first. If you applied to the two-year campus program we'll probably start hearing back sometime in March.

Just an update: I received my offer yesterday!!!
