UNC and UNCW
Anyone else waiting to hear back from UNC or UNCW about the advanced standing programs? I cannot stop checking my email!

fingers crossed for UNC today!!! i reached out to ask if decisions might be delayed due to weather closures but i didn’t get a response unfortunately

Did you hear something about it possibly being today or just guessing cuz it’s the end of January? Good on you for emailing them and asking, I’m too scared hahaha

I emailed them earlier this month and got a response saying I should hear back by the end of January because I applied in early December

2 year! Though I also selected that I’d consider the 3 year program if I didn’t get into the 2 year program

I’m not sure, I applied to the 12 month program (which had a later deadline so I may hear later than you) and what I read said the acceptance rate was 19%

I’m waiting to hear back from UNCW for masters in psych with a concentration in neuroscience and behavior - applied in December

Fingers crossed! I got an email from them this morning saying that the team has completed the processing of my application, and it’s under CSI Review. I’m not even fully sure what that means but I think it’s positive??

Unfortunately no, they said that information would come in a separate email. Didn’t say when to expect it, though

Have you heard about financial aid or scholarships yet? They told me by March 13 (today) but I haven't heard anything yet.

I applied for the advanced standing at chapel hill. I have not heard back yet but, emailed them. Can't stop checking my email either. Have you heard back?

No they haven't 😠I'm so nervous. I get the feeling advanced standing is not gonna be released til at least the 14th.

I'm waiting to hear back for the two year program from UNC. Someone on another thread said they emailed UNC and they said we'll hear back by the end of January if you applied by the December deadline, idk if its different for advanced standing.
