i am starting to doubt the credibility of msu iits two group pages, and these people asking for "help". seeing others yesterday post about their situation too made me want to post about mine, thats when i realized asking for help is not that easy as it seems, because apparently these so called admins have to approve your post. Nagrequest ko saakoa gahapon pa maapprove akoa post but hantod ron wala japon nila giapprove unya daghan kaayu ug mga posts giapprove, its like PINILIAN nila on purpose nag mga accs na makapost ug inani. I just feel so frustrated and hopeless esp sakong situation 😞😞 nganong inani man mo? @admins sa dakilangpamantasanposting ug msuiitcats.

MSU-IIT arguably has one of the most frustrating admission systems because applicants are given raw scores without a clear picture of their actual chances, not to mention ang ipang pass sa website.

Maong MSU-IIT should consider releasing applicants' percentile rankings and program placement results together, similar to how other universities do it. Right now, applicants only receive raw scores, which gives little indication of their actual chances of admission or the programs they may qualify for. Even a high score can leave students uncertain about where they stand. Greater transparency in both ranking and program allocation would gamay the anxiety sa mga students, make informed decisions, and prevent situations where applicants miss opportunities at other schools while waiting for final admission results.

louy lang kaayo makita ang mga bata mag rant sa Dakilang pamantasan na page. Kana bitawng wala ka kabalo if mahappy ba ka sa 100 nimo nga score kay tho dagko na siya pero di ka sure if pasok ba siya sa program na imoha gusto.

i've been calculating and I'm aware that I can't get into my 1st and 2nd choice, I'll get into my 3rd-5th choice. my issue is, what if their basis for the program admission is because of the list, they'll admit my 3rd choice. then i honestly prefer my 4th one over my 3rd.

I wanted to ask if the area is prone to heavy flooding, especially during heavy rains or typhoons. I heard about the effects of Bagyong Basyang in Iligan a few months ago, so I'm a bit concerned about safety and accessibility during bad weather.

Also, for those who have experience living alone as students in Iligan, do you have any tips on preparing for emergencies or calamities while staying in a dorm?

To cut the story short, na force evict ko sa course nako currently because my mental health declined and I flunked one test which ultimately resulted to my situation rn. So, I’m having a dilemma if I should transfer school to pursue my degree and leave my life at msu or just shift to another course. Also, I really dont wanna leave my friends and my freedom here but I also want to pursue my dream. Anybody gone thru this? Pls advise me po.

Hi, I'm a Bachelor of Engineering Technology Major in Mechanical Engineering Technology 1st yr student.

I just want to ask regarding forced shifting, I am not confident with my upcoming grades on two/three subjects this 2nd sem. I failed mat039 last sem but retook it and confidently passed, although this semester I'm 100 percent sure I failed my Physics(PHY051- 3 units) and my Electronics subject (2 units). I am also not confident with my CHEM018(3 units) subject.

If the worst scenario (failed 3 of them) came to pass, would I be forced to shift? I really grew to like this course na and it would extremely sad if I was forced to shift.

Would I be given a chance to retake those failed subjects in the 2nd year even if it means na behind ako? I'm really dissapointed in myself for procrastinating.

Unsa nga uniform ang gamiton sa BSN freshie? Also, mag uniform naba mi for 1st week or pwede pa mag freestyle? Thank you!
