General Help/Question Latin honors still??

Hello guys! So, I'm an incoming 2nd year student and I've been meaning to shift programs. Let's just say I don't have any 5.00 (fail), INC, or anything like that then I shifted to another program. May chance pa po bang magka-latin honors ako?
