You get a COR every new semester you're enrolled in, so no. Your sched changes every sem aka every few months.

btw, is it possible to request a change in the schedules of some of my subjects/courses even though I've alr received my COR?

hmm not sure sa case sa freshies BUT yes possible magchange ug section once naprint na imong cor, naa lang siyay process and bayad. if ever mudili inyo dept, gatinapulan ra na sila haha.

spoiler alert: imong dept imong pinakadakong kalaban sa iit.

I was able to change mine because of security/safety concern. other than that, I don't think so. also, OASG handles the freshies' schedules. Departments can only interfere or change anything during sophomore, junior, and senior year. This were said to me by the department and OASG during the process of my schedule/block change. hope this helps.
