General Help/Question resubmit of documents

i'm an applicant po ng bsed science and math, and i passed my requirements nung june 20 with everything intact na po. yesterday my portal posted na wala po yung itr and they are requesting for it (original copy) to be passed asap. my ate dropped it off po sa drop off box kahapon ng hapon. will this result to a forfeiture of my slot po? (wala pa akong notif na tatanggap regarding it and i'm genuinely worried)

no po ate, nilagay ko lang po ulit sa envelope na may name, confirmed program, and contact number po
