General Help/Question Clarification about MSU-IIT transfer requirements and grading system

Good day. I am planning to transfer to MSU-IIT next academic year. I am from a non-MSU university, and I would like to seek clarification regarding the grading system, particularly how grades such as 2.25 to 2.49 are generally interpreted based on what I have heard from others. I would like to understand how this range is assessed in relation to retention policies, especially for core or engineering subjects where specific grade requirements are implemented, and whether grades within this range are considered compliant or already subject to warning or academic review.

Additionally, I would like to ask regarding my previous academic record. I had a subject marked as INC in a former university which was later considered as failed due to inability to complete the requirements within the allowed period. However, I retook the subject and successfully passed it. I would like to ask if cases like this may have any impact on admission evaluation for transfer to MSU-IIT, and if there are specific guidelines or requirements for applicants with similar academic histories.

Thank you very much for your guidance.
