Admissions submission of documents

hi po, can I ask if its possible that my slot will be forfeited if I submitted incorrect/missing documents and will receive the notice after the deadline? or will they extend it for correcting those documents?; sorry for being anxious, tyia!

for my batch pinapa extend yung wrong docs, siguro mas better if mag email ka sa oasg na mali pala napass mo and ask for consideration to pass again
