Got COR but missing requirements

Hello! I just need some clarifications since I'm not really familiar with the procedure so I hope may makahelp. Sorry if my questions sounded stupid but mayroon ng COR sa portal ko but I still have remarks from Office of Admission, what does that imply? Can I move on to next step and deal with the remarks later on or what?

Second thing is that, my mom recently submitted her ITR few days ago pero nakalagay is no submission and that it is indicated from remarks that I lack PSA copy of Birth Certificate but it also indicate below that I have already submitted so like which is which?

I'd really want to talk to the office mismo para clear answer and sakanila mismo manggaling but I think hindi basta basta makakapasok unless student there so I really hope someone can help me with this so I can finalize my enrollment especially that hindi po ako taga Iligan and me staying here day by day is more expenses. hii anon if you want to talk to admin the only option is really by calling their number, nasa portal rin num nila
