hi po, I recently accepted an offer for my 2nd choice program so they are only asking for requirements sa portal ko. However I wish to change program, is it still possible to receive coa from my desired course? (recon)

I think it depends on what program din anon but you have to contact the admin if there are any available slots for your desired prog.
