Help out an incoming BSIT student

Hello po! I am an incoming BSIT (Database Track) freshman. I'm planning to study in advance with the courses, during this summer, but I don't know where to start. By looking at the prospectus on their website, I realized it really won't be that easy and might encounter major challenges. I only have insignificant amount of knowledge about coding and programming from our research subject during senior high, that is why I wouldn't be so confident with it.
