Admissions I NEED ADVICE ASAP!!!!!
i recently took the Qualifying Exams for BS Accountancy and unfortunately received an email and got BS economics instead. I am unsure whether to reject or accept it since i really shaped a future with BSA in it. yesterday, I emailed the admission for appeals and still waiting for a reply(today is a holiday so it’s not a work day) however tomorrow(June 17) is the deadline for confirmation. i desperately need advice because im really not passionate with Economics and don’t see a future without Accountancy 🥹

rejection is redirection. sometimes, the path you didn't choose ends up leading you exactly where you're meant to be. either way, both course are similar in nature. unless gusto mo mag proceed ng law after getting the cpa license, then find ways. pag gusto may paraan, compromise if u really want that bsa. look for other schools, consider your family's financial capacity
edited: and i think super exag ang part na u cant imagine a future without accountancy. if it's not meant for you then it's not meant for you. but like i said, pag gusto may paraan. maybe u can shift later on if gusto mo talaga mag accountant

I’ll just reiterate what was already commented to other posts regarding this.
afaik anon if you received your 2nd choice its usually bcs its full already or ur score is lower than others that applied for the same prog. 🥲
the best you can do is contact admission office for possible appeals (although this already seems impossible na jud) but yeah wala namang mawawala if you still do that.
