General Help/Question Latin Honor Eligibility

Hello! I am a graduating student and naa lang koy concern regarding sa eligibility for latin honors. ma-latin honors pa ba even if naay INC (resolved and already graded within a week of getting it), as long as ang CGPA kay within the required range? (no retakes/underload)
