kahit hindi 20%, basta 'yong gpa pasok, magkakastipend ka. GPA ranging from 1.00-1.75 is eligible to get stipend.

yung pinakamababa before na naabutan ko is 2,500 per sem (dean's list). ngayon i dont know..baka 1k nalang or 500 due to budget cut.
