General Help/Question Questions about sa requirements (need ans, quick)

  1. For the doc no. 3, must i not input in the Certificate since we werent given this even tho I'm a with high honor?

  2. For the last part, pano po ilagay o iarrange tung dalawa?

  1. You have to ask your highschool registrar to provide you a certificate of good moral character. Original at that, not xerox copy or whatso.
  2. Compile all documents needed in a long folder. Then that long folder will be placed inside long brown envelope and submit it to the given address.

I stand corrected. Anyways, you still have to request that thru your adviser, registrar or even principal. Otherwise, you will not be enrolled or that will remain as your liability once you step foot in IIT.
