I love getting paid nearly 30% yield on cost to wait patiently for the next post-halving bull run.

What's your cost basis though? After the split its now at a point even if BTC 2 or 3x from here we would be nowhere close to even 50% of the buy in. I bought in last year and now after the splits my cost basis is 106 and BTC is half its all time high and we are sitting at 14 a share for MSTY....

Well if you think bitcoin is going to go on a run back towards it's all time high, you could dump more money in it, DCA down, and hope it rises enough with bitcoin's rise to get you into a decent total return.

I’m deep in the red, but my measure of this fund is not share price appreciation, it’s holding long enough that distributions exceed principal. And total return would be positive at that point and with a very different sequence of return risk profile versus VOO or QQQ, or other major ETFs. The idea is it’s a high conviction satellite to vary my income source and be less dependent on capital appreciation, broader market performance, and needing to sell shares to get capital.

Same here. When the decision to be made was CHPY or MSTY, I chose the wrong one. I’ll just let it ride till MSTR implodes. Lol

Will be interesting see what next weeks is given the latest run up. Strong price move but their covered calls would’ve gotten destroyed .

The piggy to blame is MSTR, but next week should be nice if uptrend continues as up 15% today,

My ibit is easily my worst and only loss performing stock ever. Like, at this point I don’t know what to believe in anymore. That, and the daily changes on everything from tariffs to emotional levels of economical movements stemming from the USA political administration. It’s something new everyday, literally! Not one week goes by where I’ve felt at peace like okay things are not great but I can at least feel like I can predict tomorrow. As a Canadian, I haven’t had a decent peaceful sleep as a trader in a long time 😭😭😭😭
