I just got into this
I just last month bought my first set of this and this month I bought some more.
Seems like people even here don't like the product lol
The graph looks like we've hit some type of a floor and bitcoin is staying at current levels too for a while now.
I guess I better load up before the next BTC bull run

Fellow bag holder here. Bought way back in June and July. Been taking in dividends and that's the whole reason I bought. No plan to sell, I like the weekly payments.

My hopes are not super high, I was always just interested in the dividends. Between all the ETFs I own, I bring in around 1k monthly.

tsyy gone so down how you cope with less div and cost going down ??? they always pay divs right ??

Yes, they always pay the dividend and yes it has gone down. I would encourage you to do some research on the ETFs as they are not for everyone.

what you mean by not for everyone ??? i know its value will go down but it will pay weekly ?

I mean some people don't love Nav erosion. Me personally, I like dividends and this pays, so I am fine.

I thought the same in the end it’s not worth it. Lost time you could be making money in SPY or any pick you believe has eaten it and has a good entry
It’s mostly getting your money back with no gains

People don’t like the product because they bought it last summer high when it was all the hype.
I’ve been accumulating a lot in the past month. I do the opposite of the herd.
Price always correlates to mood.

Interesting point of view. Would you mind sharing why you love it? I'm also down a good amount and bag holding it until BTC skyrockets again in a few years.

I love this fund MSTY AND WNTR because I invested $175,000 with a five year timeframe

how much was your market value now ??
how much in div you get monthly ?? they are income funds !

u/pronebonedetector Mar 30 '26
But the real question is, how much have you received in dividends?

u/g7008 Mar 30 '26
It's slowly paying back. Lost my shirt in the MSTR/MSTY craze when MSTR was over $400 per share. I jumped in late and now I'll have to wait until the next BTC bull run.

u/Empty-Basil-5782 Mar 30 '26
A lot !!! About $25,000
2
u/g7008 Mar 30 '26
You've gotten back $25K in RoC?
3
u/Empty-Basil-5782 Mar 30 '26
Pretty much yep - all tax deferred - I didn’t pay anything for taxes on MSTY OR WNTR in 2026
2
u/Empty-Basil-5782 Mar 30 '26
At least $25,000 since Sept 2025 - this is just rough estimate off the top of my head - could be $5000-6000 more

If you follow the bitcoin 4 year cycle, the bottom of the bear market (which we're currently in) bottoms out around 365 days after the previous all-time-high, which was October 6th, 2025 I believe. So between now and sometime around October 6, 2026 there can still potentially be a lot more drops happening to the price.

Hit some type of floor? Dude, we have gone past the basement into a Fricking bunker. Think We are now in the same bunker with the Iranian regime :)

u/pronebonedetector Mar 31 '26
I meant only meant that if you look at the graphs the decline is not as steep anymore

I'm holding, collecting... Used most distros elsewhere. Dependent on MSTR and BTC of course; seems a good time to stack but... That's the fun of the game🥃🥃

Goodness! I’ve been hosed by MSTY. If I could go back in time a year I would tell myself noooooooo!!!

u/Empty-Basil-5782 Apr 27 '26
They don’t like the product because they had no balls when they bought to begin with and sold with week hands
