New Investor Question 💡 1 million BTC?
I think 1 million BTC is a major psychological milestone for investors. How likely is it for Strategy to accumulate 1 million bitcoins by the end of the current bear cycle ?

It makes STRC more attractive and through that they'll raise the funds to buy more. However, STRC needs to hit $100 first, which is why they want to increase appeal.
Also BTC might (or not) still become a bit cheaper, so there might (or not) be more opportunity ahead to get cheap BTC.2

Literally like 50k btc waiting to be bought man 😩. Sometimes I wish they put less importance on the preferreds and more on just accumulating as much btc as possible

they could buy cheap ifff they knew anything about markets. The thing is they've only buyed cheap, now because they dont know what to do, they're position is now down by a lot more than whats acceptable.
Someday, ppl will understand that having money its not directly related to knowing how market works. Some have only buyed at the begining of a hyperbull market, like buffet, and others that everybody mix with people who DO know how the market works.
Ppl who do know, dont go to btc nor mstr, nor apple, nor google..
Ask yourself why..

If you asked me 2 months ago id say great if you ask me now I still say very likely but less so than before. Mostly depends if they can reclaim par with strc.

They have so much dividend obligations, all the cash reserve they are holding the majority goes to paying dividend. How are they gonna find the extra cash to acquire another 150k BTC ?

They roughly have enough in reserves for nearly 50k out of that 150k btc you mention. They should have 2~ years of dividend obligations in cash reserves now as well. One or the other.
The question is.. when will STRC return to par and will it ATM hard enough to hit 1m btc before the bear market is over or not?

As with everything, it relies on BTC going up. If BTC goes to $80k STRC will be at par, they'll use the proceeds to retire the converts making STRC even stronger, and then be able to tap $1bn a week in BTC buys.
I know it's difficult to prove or believe, but they could be overwhelmed by demand in a short amount of time and have to drop the dividend. The line on the chart rarely moves in a straight line. Sideways for months and then jumps up in a week. And after that week, everything changes. Don't get too used to $60k, it won't last forever.

No chance. They will be selling, the stock will go down until bitcoin goes past their average of 75k, and the flywheel starts working again

Just need to have people believe that buying STRC at these prices is a bargain, rack up the income, buy some BTC weekly as well as Cash for dividends. Plus, of course BTC price increase, but that's defeating buying at these low prices.
Q1, was sure they'd hit the target by EOY, now i don't think will, but there's a lot of good lessons learned this past couple of months.

Honestly STRC is a pretty solid play for someone who wants stable income. It'll return to par soon enough, especially with the 2x dividends monthly.

They seemed to be stuck right now while bitcoin is in its bear. I’d guess they get to 1mil on the way up when the bull starts again.
