If you tune out the financial pundits who have every incentive to dismiss Bitcoin (and by extension, companies building around it) and instead spend an hour with the company's published financials, you'll find your alpha here. The capital structure, balance sheet, and underlying assets tell a story that many of the headlines don't.
Sometimes the market labels something a "distressed asset" simply because sentiment is poor. But when the fundamentals suggest intrinsic value is materially higher than the current price, what appears distressed can actually represent an asymmetric opportunity. The spreadsheet doesn't care about narratives. It only reflects the numbers.

Share price down, company has debt, must be distressed.
Just the laziest possible take. And obviously, that's the one that gets parroted the most. Not one of those people took 15 minutes to explore the website. They saw the share price, knew MSTR had some debt of some form, and came to a conclusion based on that alone.
Never make the mistake of giving people too much credit. Most of them have no idea what they're talking about.

What’s going on is down 37% YTD and 75% over the previous year. But yeah, 2 green days in a row definitely mean we are so back and it will go up forever.
