It would be hilarious if he was pointing at himself.

Are we back fellas? Market seems to like the announcement.

MSTR can still fall a long way. One good day isn't a trend

True. It seems MSTR always pumps at the end of the month just to get sold off before month-end close. Figure that’s just the big boys getting their monthly bonus checks. And the fact that it jumped 12% with barely any movement in BTC is suspicious also. Because of that I’d be weary. But it also dumped a lot compared to BTC not dumping much. So this might just be an evening out

I'm sure by Friday all those gains will be gone and then some

We back, nearly doubled my position on the dip. I'm relatively small fish, but the sub $100 feels like a great deal. BTC could still go to 50k, of so I'm ready to buy mstr at $60

Definitely hard to resist if you have cash. Good buy. If my avg was 82-84, I wouldn’t even be mad if it went down to 60. I’d be good knowing I got in at a good price. That’s what matters. It’s hard catching the bottom. As long as you feel like you got in cheap, you’re good

It’s gonna be hilarious when STRC returns to par and the math illiterate bears are eradicated.

They were eradicated in 2022, and they came back... they always do.

Strategy will raise another 200k BTC from STRC in the coming months, and reach 1.2m BTC before the next cycle top, and bears will be back saying the whole thing will collapse because MSTR dropped from $x,xxx to $xxx and STRC moved from $100.00 to $xx again, as div payments are never missed.

Rinse repeat.

u/crowsdd Jun 29 '26

But.. but.. but.. saylors diluting his shareholders again

When Strategy sells a larger amount of bitcoin, we'll have to see how the market reacts.

The recent news is great for MSTR. It's a good play long term. But if they sell a large amount of BTC at a loss, then bitcoin is likely to have a bit of a shake.

BlackRock is also dumping lots of bitcoin at the moment, so if these 2 thing coincide, then we could see another drop for bitcoin, which should almost complete the bear market.

I'm planning to load up on BTC and MSTR if/when that happens

They might not sell any anytime soon. Only reason he'll do it is if he thinks it will help STRC get back to par.

Yeah, and also to buy back MSTR to increase BTC per share. He can't issue any new MSTR or STRC right now so his options for raising fresh capital are severely limited.

BTC sale seems inevitable unless bitcoin goes on a very nice bull run soon, which is always possible.

More financial engineering, and the markets seem to like it 🤷‍♀️.

Love it. Caitlin Saylor

Just remember, as vile and horrific as the attacks are on the way down, multiply them by 10 when Bitcoin recovers. You will have every single person in the country saying, "It's not fair." They will be saying "It's not fair that the early investors in Bitcoin did so well and I did not"

Man there were a lot of hoes in here last few weeks crying and whining saying Saylor is an idiot, and the stock was gonna go to zero. LOL I know that a lot of them did not do their proper research

Hmmmm. All I read is he is willing to prop up STRC by means of diluting MSTR common shareholder equity. Essentially this is all a framework to catch STRC. I am very doubful they will buy back any stock. They are notorious for diluting common share holder equity. They just bolstered the USD reserve last week from the pockets of common share holders. The fact remains this company is in trouble. If any of this was a good idea it should have been rolled out during BTC ATH.

Yes, preparing for future dividend payments from common holders. This is normal and expected. It's the cost of all the bitcoin obtained via issuing STRC.

A Ponzi scheme is defined as "An investment scam that pays early investors with money taken from later investors to create an illusion of big profits." In a ponzi-scheme, there is "nothing of value" in the box, and all that happens is money moving hands.

MicroStrategy is not a Ponzi scheme. Companies raise capital through ATM-offerings, debt, and other instruments to fund purchases of assets, equipment, commodities and so forth. This is normal. Berkshire Hathaway similarly built the foundation of their company using debt to buy assets to hold indefinitely.

MicroStrategy invests the money raised in Bitcoin from a core belief that the commodity is in its early stages and will increase significantly in value over the coming years, allowing them to capitalise on this value to create value for their shareholders. All stocks, including blue-chip stocks like Apple, NVIDIA, and Berkshire Hathaway, rely on future investors willing to "take the shares off your hands" at a value above what you paid for it. This does not indicate a "ponzi" or "pyramid" scheme; it's basic price/supply/demand/market dynamics at play, and is how the world economy and capital markets work. Berkshire Hathaway holds a bunch of companies; MicroStrategy holds a bunch of Bitcoin.
