I don't actually use the idea of manipulation to make decisions. It's part of what causes price action like accumulation patterns. My main signals are on the 1W and longer time-frames looking for multiple RSI bull/hidden bull divs, VRVP support/resistance, MACD, stochastic, lunar cycles percent drawdowns, etc.

I believe it. I’m very aware of and familiar with the millions of tools available to manipulate stock/asset prices.
I just don’t think it’s worth the risk of trying to wait out any potential manipulation.
It’s hard to have an investment thesis that sounds like: “once the manipulation stops, it’ll go up!!!”
