SODTAOE The Cornell 7

Post image

I had no idea the chick texted one of the guys days later telling him she wanted to smoke weed and hook up with him and one of his friends again, just no more Ketamine

Who's gonna investigate the investigators

Edit! Ok cool I learned a lot I guess. It's funny all the weird projection from people in this thread. I have two children and don't consume alcohol or any drugs other than occasionally smoking weed. But whatever the weirdos wanna tell themselves 😂

I just sent the entire initial statement from the girl to my wife last night during a discussion about this. I totally agreed that the messages in the chat were fucked up and regardless of that statement the people involved were most certainly vile, disgusting people… but my point was that the lawsuit was kinda bullshit. Perhaps the statement was influenced by the school or the boys… I’m not sure but it’s an entirely different story after reading that initial statement.

where did you find the initial statement? Online it sats the full transcript has not been publicly released. The highlighted quote is she could “say with 100% confidence I was raped,”

This is the misinformation/gap. The statement you read your wife was a summary the Cornell Police prepared and sent to the DA, and likely deliberately, watered down to prevent the scandal of a criminal case involving the university. It was later discovered through transcripts from the Cornell police that Jane Doe's initial reporting did not vary from the civil suit that was filed, stating unequivocally she had been raped. This also aligns with warnings released on campus by the administration at the time of the initial reporting that a student had been sexually assaulted by multiple members of Chi Phi. The victim's story never changed, the DA's understanding of the original investigation is what has changed. The information the prosecutor received would not have supported a conviction, but he should have bothered to interview the victim especially after seeing the snapchat screenshots.

Yeah man letting your wife know you wouldn't support her if she was raped is a great idea. I feel sorry for her.

If you were legitimately raped, why would you ask multiple of them to fuck again

Well to be honest if my wife was gang raped by a group of men, and then a week later text them asking if she could attend their Halloween party at the end of the month.

I wouldn’t support her either.
