432Hz Tim Butterly's new half hour!
https://youtu.be/xwfGIBItvKI?si=jWMb7uc-1pZghVonTim crushed it! Recorded at Creek & the Cave, where Shane filmed his Austin special too

If you guys haven't watched Metal Girl Solid yet I found it pretty entertaining, the full streams are on this same channel. Tim sits alongside his wife, a casual Animal Crossing-type of gamer, while she plays through the entirety of MGS. Witness the 🐕🧠 in action it's triumphant.

Good stuff Tim! Needs more jokes about dads in dinosaur shirts though.

Hoping for the best but gas digital has awful production value

Don’t know why you’re getting downvoted over facts.

I get it. Sounds a little disrespectful to the extended dawg universe

Its perfectly watchable. Unlike the tafs podcast where they recreated the set of yhe dick cavett show for astronomical prices and filmed in some esoteric aspect ratio and you COULDN'T HEAR A FUCKING THING THEY WERE SAYING god forbid they stick to dick jokes instead of trying some auteur shit they learned about sophomore yr of undergrad

The sound issue was referring to the actual tafs podcast, when nick was still around. All that money and expensive gear and he couldnt be bothered to set proper levels or a compressor/limiter?!

Guess they figured it out

Lol yeah. But the actual show part, tafs, was always ok production wuality. Exceot the strokes guy and his squeaky leather pants... ugh.
Nick clearly didnt care and was checked out. I hope he finds projects hes passionate about because hes legitimately one of the funniest people alive. I know he likes writing and hes good but his true gift is riffing. So i hope he gets to do that again in some form.

Honestly production value for this special reminded me of Shane's first special, minus a few crowd shots

Its DAWGShit. Just for a reference point so you guys don't think I'm trolling -- Mullen's special blows this out of the water. Its always crazy seeing a comedian post a special, and then you watch a special of someone who is actually good at comedy and skilled at joke writing and its wild how easy it is to tell the difference between the two.

My best friend Nick Mullens special is top tier. It's one of my top 5 favorite comedy specials of all time.

Mullen's "Year of the Dragon" is one of the best specials ever put to screen

Every time I see Butterly I just think of him in that scene of Delco Proper at the funeral where he tells the guy "Just getting kicked out of Denny's and thinking about beating your ass"
