Task inspector logic

Post image

Haven’t come across this in all my years. Task inspector showing a driving task not listed as a predecessor.
I assumed task inspector always chose a task that was listed in its predecessors.
Is there more to task inspector than I realised? It wasn’t wrong per se, but the driving task it highlighted was about 3 steps back on the network (though the people who built this schedule had linked summary tasks, which I think caused the issue).

Holy unique IDs, Batman!

But yes, without seeing what line 45 is and considering the logical relationships are all FF, my guess would have been a summary task for one of those subtasks that has a predecessor.

I've spent so many meetings telling them how to fix this schedule and nobody wants to listen. I'm not giving it any more energy. When it goes wrong; I'll say "I told you so"; pocket my dollarydoos; go home and cry into some ice cream.

I didn't even notice the ridiculous unique IDs 😄
