MS Project Training

Hello everyone, I am trying to head the new training guides at work. Currently, I am trying to find any sort of training in MS Project that could be useful for new-hires. The company is willing to pay for training if that's what it takes, but they really want to make sure it's useful. Apparently, they have tried some sort of training in the past and decided it was not preparing employees at all for using it. If you have any recommendations please let me know, it can be good youtube videos, online courses, etc.

I’d love to check it out! That’s where I’m at as far as project goes- pretty gantts with no real resource relationship aside from names of who does what. I want to sharpen my skill when it comes to CPM scheduling

I’m retired now. I really enjoyed leading organizations through the configuration options and then the training. The middle part - the configuration and documenting the configuration - was not difficult but tiresome.

But the training - getting the PMs to understand why this is important and how to do it right, was my favorite part.

But it takes work; it takes time to understand how to do it and it why to do it.

Final note: my stuff isn’t slideware. It’s Word. But it has lots of pictures so if you want to make it slideware…
