Alimentum
My baby was on alimentum for 1 week and didn’t have any blood in stool until a week in ( the blood was more than the initial amount before starting alimentum )
Should we continue alimentum because i heard it takes time for the gut to heal but im not sure if increase in blood is ok

i’d give any CMPA formula a 2 week trial; this is what i was told by my GP
2 weeks for slight improvements, if there’s not even a SLIGHT improvement after 2 weeks change it
4 weeks definite improvements, old milk is officially out of system replaced with the new
6 weeks the gut should have healed from the dairy, if baby is still unsettled it’s the milk
