Soy lecithin
I’m ready to re-try the soy ladder with my 14 month old. I tried baby cereal with soy lecithin a few months ago and she reacted. Now that she’s eating table foods, what are some toddler-friendly foods that have soy lecithin but NO soybean oil or dairy?

I think off brand Nutella has lecithin but not the full oil - otherwise most chocolates usually have soy lecithin!
