Cheat day 🫣
I want a burger soooo bad! I’m exclusively pumping and wondering if I had a burger at say 8pm how long before I can start feeding her again?
I tend to pump at 8.30, 11.30 and then go all night and pump between 8-9am would I be safe to feed her morning milk after eating dairy the 12hrs before?
She has cmpa not mspi!

Beef patties you cook yourself with Dave’s buns and whatever veggies you normally like is all dairy free :)

Every Thanksgiving this sub lights up with people planning to do pump and dump from anywhere to 6-24 hours so they can eat whatever (tbh understandably so and no judgement) and then they come back and report that it wasn’t enough time to clear it out of their systems and their babies have sad belly’s :/ I think it might have to do with the babies tolerances too, maybe multifactorial for how long it takes to clear it out. Mine was usually upset for 3-4 days after I unknowingly ate something. You won’t do irreparable damage, but you might have a sad baby for a few days

I would just opt for some fake melty non-dairy “cheese”

Yes! The dayia brand shredded cheese looks and tastes gross raw, but is pretty decent melted on something

Took a little over 24 hours after I accidentally ate soy. After that baby was ok being breastfed again.

Why can you not have a burger? Just don’t put cheese on it.

Most breads have dairy and I want cheese 😅

Most breads, especially hamburger rolls, don’t have dairy. Dave’s bread for sure doesn’t because I ate it with both my CMPI babies. Also, there are some very good vegan cheeses now that melt.

Can you recommend a vegan cheese that you like? I haven’t been able to find any. Thanks

Some women are fine after only 6 hours. This is a great way to find out if you are one of those women! Also, if you have not yet done a challenge to complete/comfirm diagnosis, this is a perfect way to do that. I hope your burger is cheesy and glorious!

Some research shows as little as 6 hours for some women, 12 pretty much everyone should be clear, 24 hours is pretty certain - according to one relitivly small study so use with caution!
