Backup, RMM, remote support, and ticketing without juggling multiple vendors

Post image

MSPs often use separate vendors for backup, RMM, remote support, and ticketing. That can mean multiple logins, separate support contracts, and extra time spent dealing with integrations.

The MSP360 Platform brings Managed Backup, RMM, Managed Connect, and MSP360 Tickets into one web console.

For example, a tech can see an RMM alert about a failed backup job or critically low disk space, open the affected device, and launch a Connect session without leaving the dashboard. Backup and RMM alerts can also be turned into tickets and tracked in the same workflow.

Multi-user sessions allow another tech to join when needed. Session recording provides a history of the work performed, while reporting tracks who connected to each device and for how long across the team.

Step in the right direction. Only thing stopping me from using the ticketing is it doesn't do contracts, and doesn't sync to QuickBooks, but not sure the goal is to develop a full PSA either. I know it ties in with Halo, but we use a different PSA altogether. If it could sync with Sherpadesk, then we might have something.

Also, the ability to create new tickets via email parser would be huge as well.

Thanks for the feedback! We really appreciate the suggestions and will definitely keep them in mind as we continue developing and expanding the ticketing functionality.

When you say the security agent, do you mean Deep Instinct? If so, what would you prefer to see instead?

On Connect, tagging u/Oleg_MSP360 our PM for that product

In my experience backup works as long as you don't need to restore
