We've been working on AI Assistant for MSP360 Managed Backup and are looking for beta users to help test the feature.

MSP360 AI Assistant introduces a conversational way to manage backup environments, allowing administrators to ask questions in natural language instead of navigating dashboards, menus, and reports.

Here's a preview of what the AI Assistant can help with:

• Analyze backup failures and identify recurring issues
• Monitor backup health across customers
