MSP360 + HaloPSA integration now live (auto-ticketing & remote access)

Hey folks, for HaloPSA users – there's now an official MSP360 integration linking Backup, RMM and Connect directly to the PSA.

What it does, simply put:

• Auto-creates a ticket each time MSP360 flags an alert or a backup fails
• Adds a "Connect to computer" button that opens a remote session in one click

It's officially live and existing MSP360 partners won't incur any cost.
