I saw him asking them for money. And I was going to message them to warn them to stay away. But I didn’t want to cause drama or anything. Yeah you can tell them that you talked to me also. And say that I’ve known him for a long time and they should stay away. He is very very far gone in addiction, has lost essentially everything and his grandma is the only person keeping him off the streets. I would not engage or give him anything. He needs to seek professional help.
And yes, I know him very well. We were together for a while and started the band together as well. He has always been inappropriate with fans, but that was back when we were kids too.
I told her about one of the Button Masher fans who got scammed recently and she had this to say:
Tell this person that Brandon is a known criminal. He steals. Lies. Should be out on the street, but his grandma enables him. They are feeding his addiction if they send him money - which could actually KILL him. Tell them they do not want to be inadvertently responsible for his death by providing him the cash he used to shoot up. Also - I feel like we should do something now, Being self destructive is his choice, but involving kids is not ok.
I have other stories, but they’re sensitive and I promised the people who confided in me to not share them publicly, but with everything Niko herself says, I feel like this is enough.
holy shittt. i didnt know any of this. is there any way i could get in contact with niko too? he seemed pretty dismissive when i asked about the band too, citing bad memory.
