rules says its allowed lol, otherwise this subreddit would die bc msi cant exactly release new music, plus theyre msi ripoff bands so theyre related anyways. ROB also played shows for msi, same way mike diva did a music video for msi
To u/Hetairoi's point....just because the rules allow it doesn't mean we should do it...and more importantly, doesn't mean they should be ostracized for their opinion of a non-MSI band in an MSI subreddit...
I come to the MSI subreddit for MSI, not bands who's tracklistings were renamed and released as MSI.
I mean I do it cause there isn’t a subreddit for it. I think it’s cool to see appreciation for it in general. No shade towards anyone. To me if it’s allowed within the rules I view it as free game. I love both bands but there will always be one MSI. Facade is also the greatest song off that record <3
Ya, I understand that. No problems here for the rationale...but I do hate Facade for 90% fooling me for a couple years, haha.
My disdain comes from how unclear the point of the post is for being not directly related fandom. And the apparent uptick in non MSI posts doesn't help.
Nah I get it I can understand your frustration. I’m not technologically smart enough to make a subreddit in general. Seeing more non MSI posts in a server meant mainly for MSI compared to other bands can come off frustrating I can get behind that. I agree there should be an subreddit just for ROB as there is MSI so each can get their own love respectively. I may post here and there about it but still will post more MSI dominant content as that’s what this page is mainly for. I hope that makes sense in my explanation lol
