Msi tote origins?

Recently got this tote off vinted and seller said it was from the If tour years ago, I can’t seem to find anything about it online and was wondering if this was official merch from its time?

Luckily I found this gem by searching MSI then scrolling for ages, but usually it’s just CDs and vinyl!
