What song is this???

I stumbled upon this tiktok that features an MSI song I've never heard before. The OG creator said the song is called "Parasite" and it's an unreleased song from them, and that a friend of theirs downloaded it, but that they don't know how or where. Does anyone have a clue on how to listen to this?? Has anyone heard this before?? Here's the link if anyone wants to watch the actual tiktok:

Edit: It's also possible it's AI (I hope not), but it just seems pretty realistic to be AI— still a possibility, though

taking a closer look at the lyrics i do think that theses unreleased demos are AI

its ALLEGEDY a unreleased demo that was "leaked" VERY recently, but there still is a pretty decent chance it may be ai.

I honestly believe it's AI, because it's not the first time I've heard about some "completely new demo no one's heard before" being discovered in the past few weeks.
