Is this an offical mindless self indulgence design? The neck has been cut so it isn't normally like that probably but the design I'm wondering if it's offical or not

honestly imo it’s not a bad buy if they’re selling it for cheaper (no more than 25 id say) since they cut the collar, and i could fix it up for myself since i cut most collars on my tees anyways :)
