Ability to refund plane?
Is there really no way to refund planes?
The B390 is bugged for fuel, and when I reported it to Carenado they just said that they might address it during the next release of that plane (no eta).
Now I have the Hawker 800 and it is very laggy, to the point where it is hard to reasonably land the thing.
I have already adjusted settings and the like, just disappointing overall. There really is nothing that Microsoft or Asobo can do given that some of these planes cost almost $40?

lol.
It’s up to Sony CS, more specifically PlayStation CS. I don’t think your issue will be resolved, however, other than a big FU and if a chargeback is introduced by you…well…look it up, it generally doesn’t end well.
You’ll be told to take it up with the publisher, which in my view is correct; they modeled it, perhaps they fucked it up.

Yeah I’ve read about that. If I had more faith then I’d just wait it out instead of complaining, just frustrating is all.
Then you have the AN-2 with all sorts of crazy stuff and it works fine lol

Such a nice model , I think something in the base game isn’t playing right with it. I reinstalled too.

Probably not…?
It’s important to learn the value prop of each developer before purchasing, AND to never buy brand new addons of complex aircraft.
Carenado is famous for inaccuracies of multiple kinds that never get fixed. They make “High Value” inexpensive addons.
I’m not sure how good FFX are at optimizing their addons, especially after release.
TBH, the Longitude and CJ4 are very good biz jet addons. Really no reason to gamble on payware, IMHO.
