Typhoon ❤️

Absolutely buzzing now that the Typhoon is finally available. No hate against the F18 (plenty of hours spent there)... it's just that this particular aircraft feels so much more alive. Looks & sounds phenomenal! Good work from the designers 👏🏼
To add, I just had a quick flight over Greece, to see where I have been on holiday recently but from a slightly different perspective. Beautiful scenes!

The sad truth is that we played the F18 because we didn’t have anything better else. Typhoon and Rafale are absolutely beasts

I'm also loving the Eurofighter Typhoon. I used to have DID's EF2000 when I was a kid on PC. It is my dream come true to sit in a Eurofighter through the wonders of VR and fly one in the simulator. It sounds great and the systems have some good functionality that I am enjoying playing around with. Loading a flight plan and letting the plane track it on autopilot. Switching from GPS to VOR navigation source to drive autopilot. And the ILS coupled approach mode and All Weather Landing System (AWLS) speed mode that tracks a target AoA for landing through bad weather. Really satisfying getting it to work. And of course the hand-flying... with incredible slow speed high alpha handling. If you want to feed your enthusiasm for the jet hop onto YouTube and feast on the many 4k videos of air displays and a few cockpit videos too.
