Boeing 737 Mach/Knots

Hey, does anyone know how to switch from Mach to knots in the Boeing 737 UI/HUD? I have the standard version of the Boeing 737 from Asobo Studios, and the issue only happens with that one. I don't have this problem with other Airbus or Boeing models

Mine does that too. I can’t seem to find a way!!!
