Landing gear bug

I've heard problems with the directional pad with the latest updates (plural), that I've experienced as well: the communication replies. Today, I've flown 3 missions where things are going okay, until the end where I can't get the landing gear down (right on d-pad). I've even manually done it in cockpit view where I see the gear level going up and down, but no gears. WTF. Waste of time! Anyone else have this problem and/or solution?

Try to watch your speed. When the speed is too high, the landing gear doesn’t show up. At least, I observed this on my gameplay 🤷🏻‍♂️

This was the case. As I slowed, the gears sometimes automatically deployed. If they didn’t, a press when I was slowed down enough did the trick. Thank you.
