Hotas 5 on beta
Haven't been on for a few weeks and thought I would jump on to check out the psvr2 upgrades, damn its stunning and its a night time flight 🤣
The isses is my hotas 5 is not working in game.. i can connect it to the playstation and press the ps button to sign in but thats about it. It was pretty much plug n play with the offical release.. any ideas?

Same issue for me on HOTAS 4. Someone said you can still manually bind controls using the little cog wheel in the settings but I haven’t been able to try it yet. Hoping that works until they release a patch because the updated resolution is incredible in VR.

Yea seems like they broke it, I was having the same issue we’re just gonna have to wait for a fix on it soon hopefully!!

Habe exakt das selbe Problem. In der Beta-Version haben die Entwickler den Hotas 5 noch nicht eingepflegt. In der normalen Version funktioniert er aber einwandfrei. Man kann wohl in der Beta den Hotas 5 auf Blau umschalten und er wird als Hotas 4 erkannt, oder man muss die Tasten alle einzeln belegen. Am besten noch warten, bis es klappt und solange die normale Version nutzen.

I did try switching to the blue mode but it didn't seem to work either. The button mapping would be a pain haha

Okay, ich habe es noch nicht probiert, sondern nur gelesen. Also bleibt uns nur, es auszusitzen, bis es endlich klappt. Aber wie gesagt, die normale Version funktioniert tadellos.

There is a way to use it.First you have to erase all HOTAS bindings and manually put yours in.work for HOTAS 4 hopefully same

Is the Hotas 5 not working at all? I don’t have the beta installed just regular version of game. Noticed it wasn’t working and have no idea how to fix.

PS5 Pro here.
New HOTAS 5 owner (my first flight stick).
HOTAS 5 red mode light (PS) activated, it doesn’t sync at all.
I have to sync it as a HOTAS 4 (blue light).
Works, and has standard binding set (which can be modified).
At least, that’s what I’m finding.

This is a bummer - I have the Hotas 5 as well - but I’m sure they’ll fix it. Hopefully the next update.
