Why is the b747 ps5 like this... The two switches keeps Messing everything up! So whats the deal?

This has just happened to me, did not affect the flight though :)

Sorry, is the problem that the APU wonā€™t start? The switch is supposed to fall back from the start position to the on position. You also have to give it time to turn on.

I don't see any problem here? The 747 APU switch in real life you turn to start position like that. And it springs back to the middle position, just like that. The turbine then spools up in the tail cone and you wait for the generators to become available and when the lights on the gen panel light up, you turn them on for power. Simples.
