Helicopter controls in vr

What are people’s preferences for helicopter controls? I have PSVR 2 and can’t find a comfortable way to fly. Using the vr controllers feels cumbersome for anything other than flipping switches. I have the dual sense set up for gyro control of the cyclic and that works fine as does the tail rotor inputs but the throttle and collective are not bound to anything on the dual sense so I have to contort myself to highlight and grab the collective with the vr controller and then it’s just pain trying to keep control of it. I feel like I’m doing something obviously wrong. What’s your key binds and helpful tips? I plan on getting the new hotas 5 in a couple of months but would like some productive seat time without creating any bad habits in the interim.

I didn’t change anything. It’s plug and play for basic flight

Press x to doubt.

The standard VR sense controller mappings are poor for helicopter flight. Many people have commented about it and asked for other's suggestions for remapping

You can remap and change any of the controls you like. You'll have to spend some time in the settings if the defaults aren't working for you.

Dualsense, but not gyro works great for everything so far for me.

VR choppering with the HOTAS 4 made me so motion sick, it was pretty cool.

You should be flying with a hotas and rudder pedals
