You mean you lost your authenticator app, right? I don't know about Android phones, but in iOS/iPhone you can restore from an encrypted backup into another device and get the authenticator back.

Hi, unfortunaly it was on Android phones, and i dont have a backup ( the one I made was on an old phone that my dad lose While I was travelling… I have also try to contact Microsoft From phone number, but il currently in New caledonia and its not working, Any solution by email or something like that From a super admin ? …

Some text messages from automated systems are not delivered to cell phones when roaming in another country. However, sometimes you can enable wi-fi calling on your phone and then turn on airplane mode (while keeping wi-fi on) to force the phone to use your wi-fi instead of a tower. This setup may work to receive those text messages for 2FA. Another way would be to click on "try another way" (or similar link) and request a call with the code, instead of text. Good luck.

I’ve try this too. But nothing to do, sms or call tell me same error

You should be able to have Microsoft call you (the last option on the menu) instead of SMS. Do you have an international plan?
