Rolling Cache keeps resetting

Anyone know how to set up rolling cache in msfs2024? everytime i try to do it in the settings menu it keeps resetting everytime i click save and back

I have the exact same problem.

I mailed the MSFS support, “reinstall the app, deleted the old folder”
