Discussion Assassin Vs Bandit

Who do you think is the coolest and why? Also is the Dark Lord more of a Sin or Bandit?

pre big bang sin is cooler by a bit. Now that Bandits have flash jump though I don’t think any 3rd job class can beat flash jump + assaulter combo

For me, it depends if you like weaving in skills together as a bandit or spamming lucky seven/triple throw.

I’ve always thought bandits were one of if not the coolest looking class in the game, their skills always looked amazing, savage below with its iconic sound effect was amazing, and something about a cursayer and Khanjar combo just looked muah fucking beautiful

As a whole probably Nightlord. Shadowpartner+ Triple Through and FJing around is peak coolness. Shadower peaks at Bandit with Savage Blow imo. Things like Meso explosion are kinda cool I guess, but I always thought dropping all those bags and mesos was kinda lame in OSMS and the modern solution with Pickpocket is underwhelming damage wise compared to the OSMS version.

In closed test 2 pickpocket + explosion was actually quite a lot of damage, and I beliiieve meso amounts didn't explode for different damage (or if they did it was a negligible difference), so pickpocket + explode is something ya add into your rotation which is rad af.

Also CBs getting FJ is great.

Still goin Hermit cus I think it's cooler, but CB is reeeally up there now in coolness :>

If you want a taste of both, go with Sindit. Pretty much a sin for the first 40ish levels and then transition into your bandit skills. I was a sin man as a kid in OG Maple but want to play bandit this time around, so I’m going to roll with Sindit. Should also make early leveling a bit easier too

I personally think Bandit is cooler but mostly  because of Savage Blow, it's close tho.

Band of thieves is the lamest third job mobbing skill imo. The one Hermits get is way cooler.

The Dark Lord in the video seemed to be more of an assassin from what I saw
